For the last 6 years, I’ve worked as a founding designer on a consulting basis — usually brought in when things are complex, fast-moving, or undefined. Before that, I spent 8 years designing at startups and agencies.
I don't sell design deliverables. I become part of the team — helping shape the product, explore ideas, make decisions, and get things shipped.
